New
Feb 1/2013:

Print Sales: buy two 8.5x11 inch prints and get a 3rd FREE! Plus I am also offering FREE shipping! (So $30 USD total). All the images in my gallery (more or less) are available for purchase and each one will come signed by me!
Normally 8.5x11 sell for $15 each and shipping is also normally an additional $5, so in total you are saving $20!

All are printed on high quality photo paper (the paper I use for these is the really expensive stuff) and are printed with a new HP photo printer. They are not shipped or printed through DA but are done in my own home.

If you are interested, please send a note and include a link to the actual images you want (or copy and paste the thumb number). This way (since a lot of my pictures have similar titles) no mistakes/misunderstandings will occur as to which ones you wanted.

Paypal is preferred and prices are in USD.
----

I am now also offering commissioned 'Print Pillows'!
You can now choose any image from my gallery and I'll make it into a pillow for you!

Price: $20 USD each
Size: image size: 4x5 inch; total pillow size: 7x8 inch
Shipping will be extra. If interested note me with your country and postal/zip code and I can get a postage quote....but usually it's around $10.

Just send me a note (And a link to the desired image from my gallery) if your interested.
First come first serve.

commissions

To make things easier (for both of us) I have included a form for anyone wanting their commission done quicker. You don't need to include this but I just figured it would make things easier:

Email address:
Preferred type of payment:
Which category (from the price lists below. example: character head to toe w background):

Character information
Name of character:
Gender:
Age (approximately is fine):
Skin color/race (elf, drow, human, etc):

Now on to the examples and prices (examples are below each listed price). The below prices are just the general price setting I go from, so the actual price could very a bit, depending on the time and difficulty of the work. Also, please be aware that some of these examples are older works and are not quite up to my current level (in other words my older works stink more then the newer ones) ^^;

Base price (with Heavily detailed background): $140

I also do Traditional work. Please see My Blog for more info.

payment

Accepted forms of payment:

-paypal
- money orders/bank drafts (with the exception of the green ones bought from official post offices in the US-- the banks in Canada don't accept them)
-checks (with time to clear)
All prices are in US dollars.

Process

All my commissions (with the possible exception of the pencil works) are done through numerous emails. As I work I will send previews so the client knows the progress of the picture, as well as what its going to generally look like.

I begin by doodling out the general pose and color ideas. These are extremely rough and look rather 'scribbled' but it gives the client a beginning idea as to what the finished product will look like. This also gives the client a chance to tell me what he/she wants changed.

For payment by mail (check/money orders):  When the first sketch has been 'approved' I will give out payment info (address, etc.). While I wait for payment to arrive I will work and complete the painting, which will finally be sent when the payment has arrived (it usually takes two weeks mailed from the US).

For payment by PayPal:  When the first sketch has been 'approved' I will give out Paypal payment info. I will only continue to work on the painting once I have received payment. From then on I will continue to work on the commission until it is completed. When it is, I will send it (via email) as soon as possible.

What you will receive is a large .jpg version. Please be aware that I may or may not upload a smaller watermarked version to my DA gallery. Lately I haven't been uploading commissions but that may change. So please be aware that even though you get a commission done it may not show up in my online galleries.

Paintings can take anywhere from two weeks to a month to complete depending on my schedule/ details involved. So please be patient.

bullet

Ownership of Requests:
Please note that I retain the rights to use the commissions and designs in any design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, marketing materials, portfolio and reproduction unless otherwise noted. Where applicable, the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the art/design and elements.

Also please note that even with a commission purchase, the client does NOT have the rights to use the image in any commercial money making venture or in reproduction (including book illustration, website design/illustrated, merchandise, or any venture that will include a personal profit), unless otherwise agreed on.

Prints

Also a reminder: I am now/still offering signed prints (including most of my  digital works) as 8.5x11 and 18x24 sizes. These will be shipped directly from me and will include a certificate of Authenticity. All are printed on high quality photo paper and will be signed.

The 8.5x11 are priced at $15 each and the 18x24 are $40 each, however (depending on your location) shipping for the large size could easily go up to $30 ish simply because it's shipped in a rolled shipping tube and Canada Post is freakin expensive for things like that.

Note: the larger 18x24 size is printed at a professional photo printer, so there may be a bit of a delay (as I have to drive in the city then pick it up the next night again and I don't get in all that often).

So if you want a print from my gallery PM me for availability and I'll see what I can do.

Cheers,
-Leah

If you have any questions please feel free to ask via note or email, and I promise to get back to you as soon as I can (Sometimes there is a few days delay in my replies since I'm not online every day). Also I want it known that my art is not to be used without my permission (which I usually always give) so please note me first.

Again thanks to everyone who has taken the time to visit me here (and many more thanks to all the comments, notes, and emails. It means a lot to me.

HII :D HII ... Hnn, I have a new idea for a cool story, er it does go with a new chapter I'll be working on soon, er later. I mean. IDK if I should make it or not? Should I? Its about Aeris/Aerith. :3 Getting revived, then in a new world, where the girl she used to know is at. And she was the one who revived her. I'll try to make it really funny. Bad idea or no?

Lightening streaked the sky as thunder followed. Clouds of grey and white meshed on the horizon as rain began to pour heavily towards the earth. As droplets hit your head your mindset was stuck in bullet time. You heard nothing but could see everything in slow motion, thousands of soldiers plunged towards the Basteel; the strong hold of Team Gratitude. You were meant to protect it but fear kept you paralyzed. All you could do was stare. You want to move but mostly you wanted to run. A ladder had propped it’s self a few feet from the edge you stood near. An enemy vaulted up and over towards you, his sword raised high in the air and meant to deliver a fatal crushing blow. Apart of you wanted it to be over; the journey to make it hear had been so long. It was so tiring and time consuming that you couldn’t recall the last time you knew what day or time it was; ‘Thanks for the fave’ was all it took to get you hear, a seemingly harmless gratitude for favoring a piece at Mobis-New-Nest but at this point you wished you could have undone all of it. You close your eyes and wait for the blade to pierce flesh and bone but it was not meant to be as your whole body pushed aside abruptly and in that instant you opened your eyes as you began falling sideways; you caught a glimpse of pistol that blasted twice with two bullets piercing the man with the sword through the abdomen and he fell back to his death. As you looked to see who your rescuer was a medium built man wearing a beautifully decorated vest with ivory colored long sleeve shirt, tight dark pants, silver like sandals and a large pistol he held out towards the vicinity of the man he just killed. He rose, putting out his hand to you “I never thought it would end this way Baltheir” you say as you look up to him and begin to whimper “End? This is not the end. Death is just another path, one that we all must take but until then the curtain rises and we each take our role and must play our roles well for the audience” said Baltheir. You half smile, wipe away the tears and take his hand “Here take this” said Balthier as he handed you a weapon and scroll “What’s this?” you ask “A request for my dear friend The Rock, if you could be so kind as to deliver it to him, I am sure this time you won’t wander off into La La land or perhaps this time I should flog you instead of saving you?” Said Balthier as he winked at you with smile. He left you to do your deed as he fended off enemies around him. You run while dodging and subduing enemies in your path and you finally make to The Rock on the west side of Basteel. You hand him the parchment. He reads it and grins “What does it say?” you ask “Stand back jabroni and feast your eyes on this” says The Rock as he turns his back to you and rubs his elbow with his hand “I don’t get it? Feast my eyes on what? You ask. The Rock turns towards you with one eye brow raised and replies “The Peoples Elbow”
