I know, dumb title. ^^;

Well I tried a slightly more cartoony style this time, which was a nice change of pace. I actually found this style much harder to paint then the usual realism I do, but over all I am more or less pleased with the outcome. However I am aware that a few things could be improved upon, so no critique please.

Painted for myself as a birthday present. (which was yesterday)
Painted completely in Photoshop.
Pose referenced from a pic (not of Byakuya) I found somewhere online.
Time: 2 to 3 months working in my spare time.
No critique please

:lol: Well its really a LOT of time fiddling with color and subtle effects. A tip: If a pictures theme colors are pinkish add a layer of flat color (usually in the same pink tone) over top of everything then play around with the blending options. I've found that by adding just a subtle hint of overlapping color can really finish and 'tweak' the existing colors in the painting nicely. Just make sure you don't go overboard.

I think he looks amazingly intense and wow.. so gorgeous. Again, the amount of detail surpasses most of what I see, and I bow to you, dear, your work is always so beautiful. :heart:
