Bleach - Rangiku Matsumotoby =keelerleah

Well I finally figured I should upload this here. Its been done for a few days but I've just been to lazy to upload it.

Anyway, this will be my last submission for 2009.

I'm not 100% happy with how this turned out (some things really still bug me and the hair nearly killed me) but I'm sick of working on it... maybe one day I'll go back and fix a few things... but until then.... here is Rangiku Matsumoto of the 1oth division (and its also the first time I've ever tried drawing her). Oh, and before people start asking, the dust/speckles across the right side is her sword Haineko (Ash Cat) in its released form.

Painted completely in photoshop.
