Broken Desires

Commissioned for

The character was described to me as being a smirking, evil demon, that was (for this commission) roughly petting a dove. I was left to freely design a fancy coat and background so I went crazy.

This isn't actually Valentines day related and it was just a coincidence that I got it done around the 14th, but since it has a 'red' theme I figured I'd post it today.

This one was quite enjoyable to paint, although the details were quite time consuming. And for the record, the background is 100% painted by hand and is not a photo, although I did use a photo for some references.
