April 3/2009 Edit: I completely repainted her face and did more work on the hair. Now hopefully she looks better...
 -------------------- Oh my gosh this one was so much work *eye starts twitching* but in the end I think it was worth it. Yes, this was a surprise character to the set but one afternoon I just got the urge to draw Soi Fon... and I'm glad I did.  I'm sure there are plenty of mistakes but over all I think this is one of my favourite from the set.Painted completely in photoshop.
