Hehee, I have a feeling that both would simply despise the title I picked. ^^

This time I decided to draw Ichigo and Renji. The plans for this was to extend the Byakuya and Rukia drawing I did awhile ago. (seen below) It does more or less line up but the heights of the characters were a big issue. (of which I won't go into detail here)

I also had big issues with drawing Ichigo this time. No matter what I did I just couldn't get his face right. *sighs* It even got to a point where I was forced to use white out on some parts due to heavy amounts of erasing (And the black smudges left because of that). At one point I was even going to quit and abandon it... but I kept at it and tried my best to fix some of the mistakes as best as I could when I colored it....

Drawn completely in regular pencil (on 8.5x11 computer paper) then scanned and darkened. I then added in some color with photoshop under the pencil. Some effects were also added above the pencil.
Sorry for the watermarks... ^^;

The pencil only version can be seen in my blog --> [link]
I also have a step by step tutorial showing how to color under pencil like this. -->[link]

Time: Pencil: 5 days, Coloring: 7 hours.
Drawn with a regular mechanical pencil.
Colored in photoshop.
No Critique desired.
-- yes I know Ichigo looks off. :|
As always, thanks for looking!

This is lovely. I understand you had trouble at first, but the finished product looks good. I love the background details and the light shining on them.
